£33,000 to £35,000 + Overtime + Bonus + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday

Excellent opportunity for a mechanically skilled engineer with experience working on plant, vehicles, trailers or HGVs to join a rapidly expanding company offering a varied and interesting position with plenty of training and long term progression opportunities available.This company operate nationwide and employ over 17,000 people. Due to rapid expansion and the installation of a brand new facility and top of the range workshop they are now looking to add skilled technicians to their team.In this role you will join a growing team working in a busy workshop environment. Due to the planned growth there are excellent opportunities to move up into team leader and management positions. This role will operate on a 4 on 4 off days based shift pattern.The ideal candidate will be a vehicle technician with an understanding of heavy goods vehicles. Candidates from a truck and trailer, PSV, LGV, military, Busses, REME and plant background will also be considered.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company offering a financially attractive role with a great benefits package along with the opportunity to progress your career into senior positions.The role:

*Busy workshop environment

*Running defect repairs on site for HGV, trucks and trailers

*4 days on 4 days off shift patternThe person:

*Mechanically biased engineer

*Experience working on vehicles

*An understanding of HGVs
