The Role
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you'll help to maximise sales of our client's solutions by supporting the pre-sales processes.
Focusing on delivering an exceptional service to customers, you'll verify quotes and proposals, work with Senior Pre-Sales Consultants to obtain BoMs (Bills of Materials) and respond to prospective customers' queries.
You will also work with the Sales Support Team and suppliers to gain deal registration, bid pricing and product information details.
Once you're fully trained, you'll support product demonstrations, including BaaS (Backend as a Service) and Disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) solutions.
About You
To join our client as a Pre-Sales Consultant, you'll need:
- Previous pre-sales experience
- A high level of understanding of IT and/or telecoms gained from a qualification, such as an IT or technical degree, or IT or network engineering experience
