Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for an experienced 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer who is keen to advance their career within the IT support industry.

As 3rd Line Support Engineer you will join a dynamic and technically focused team. If youre passionate about technology, good at problem solving, with excellent communication skills then we would like to hear from you.

Job pre-requisites:

Experience working on a service desk in a 3rd Line Support role

You will have a good understanding of PC/Laptop hardware to include Mac

Windows 9 and 10 OS, Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server, active directory, group policy

Exchange server 2010/2013/2016, Office 365, Citrix XenApp, Lync

Network devices including Firewalls (IP routing, IPSec, VPN, VLAN, LACP) LAN switches and routers an advantage

Datacentres and virtualisation (VMWare & Hyper-V) an advantage
