Senior Network Engineer | London & Manchester | circa 65,000

THE BASICS:

As part of our clients growth plan, they are looking for several Network Engineers to take charge of their customers platforms ensuring a smooth running of computer facilities, whilst managing installations, configurations and daily backbone maintenance.

The ideal Network Engineers will ensure smooth running of LAN/MAN/WAN, whilst maintaining engineering in the IP and transport networks. If you can provide support to the network operation center, manage peerings and load balancing between network links and provide technical support for physical deployments, wed like to hear from you.

THE KEY SKILLS:

Engineers with several years experience in a similar field with a hands-on understanding of routing protocols: MPLS, MPLS-TE, BGP, OSPF & Security i.e. Firewalls Juniper/Fortinet, IPSec, SSL, Lan architecture: Vlan, STP, Gateway redundancy will be highly desired.

Control of network equipment and CISCO, BROCADE & Juniper is also an advantage.

In addition, any understanding around supervision SNMP and notion in transport network: WDM, SDH would be ideal.

An ability to work with a team composed of a large group of skills is required and if you have an energy and enthusiasm that is infectious, wed like to hear from you!

THE DESIRABLES:

If you have knowledge of GNU/Linux and a CCIE level certification you are like to receive an immediate interview request.

THE CONCLUSION:
