Senior Helpdesk Engineer

My Paisley based client are looking for an experienced senior helpdesk engineer to join their team. If you have experience of leading and mentoring a team and more junior members of staff and you have acted as a point of escalation within your current role this could be your ideal opportunity!

The ideal candidate must come from a Managed Service background and should be familiar working with multiple environments.

You must also have experience working with:Windows Servers and DesktopMicrosoft ExchangeOffice 365Hyper-V

It would also be highly advantageous if you have Microsoft certifications (MCSA etc.)
