Requirement Description
*Staffing and Analysing Customer Survey Answers and write the Survey report.
*Root Cause Analysis
*Act as a Customer Relationship Manager
Skills and Experience
*Excellent writing skills
*Fully fluent in English
*Proven experience in survey analysis
*Solid experience in statistics and data processing
*Experience in conducting focus group meetings/sessions with customers
