Graduate Software Developer -A small business is looking for two bright individuals one to be a full blown CRM developer and one to work in Applications Support As an Graduate CRM Developer you will be:Working with Business experts to implement changes and new featuresWorking with 3rd party Developers in your team to deliver high quality code and support for the Business Analysts and Quality AnalystsParticipating in peer code reviewSupporting and developing a platform which Business Analysts configure to connect and control business processesIntegrating different systems and various third parties The successful candidates will have following attributes:At least a 2.1 in a technical subject - Computer Science, Maths, Physics Engineering - and good A LevelsAn aptitude for applying technology and structured problem solvingAn ability to work in teams and learn quicklyVery good attention to detailSolid knowledge of an object oriented development languageDemonstrated a real interest in development by working on their own programming projects or had relevant work experience
