Service Management Consultant will be based in Manchester however will be out on the field 4 or 5 days a week. Travel is mostly on public transport paid for by Client. There is a generous mileage allowance in place should an employee choose to take their own car compensating those team members. There is not a car allowance in place.

Need to be customer focused with an interest in IT

Working with a team of 7 consultants working from the Manchester office to provide post sale technical consultancy by visiting clients to implement the software and provide training and support. Will be working closely with the sales team to provide them with technical and product knowledge

As a Service Management Consultant, you will be visiting customers to improve processes and implement our software. You will collaborate with managers and executives during every stage of the implementation process. Client consultants work side-by-side with the customer and use their expertise to optimize customer processes and set up the software to perfectly meet their needs. You will spend 3-4 days a week visiting clients and 1-2 days on administration.

Training period

You will have the opportunity to become an expert in software installation and providing information and advice on our products and services. At Client, we believe in learning on the job.

During your first few months, you will follow a specialized training plan for service management consultants.
