3rd Line Support Engineer
I'm working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and Managed Service Provider in the heart of Glasgow who are looking to on-board a Support Engineer to the existing Managed Services team to work alongside their expansive Client base across Scotland.
You will be working alongside Senior Infrastructure Engineers and Azure Cloud Consultants as the Cloud Practice continues to grow in skill-set and exposure.
Technically you will be involved in 2nd & 3rd Line Support across the following technologies;
- Office 365: Including Azure AD / Exchange Online / Active Directory - Windows Desktop 7/8/10 - Windows Server 10/12/16 - VMWare, HyperV & Networks.
Working in a Support environment, you should be comfortable dealing with Customer issues as they are escalated beyond the 1st Line and supporting the Development and Consultancy team when required.
