This is a great opportunity to work for an award-winning organisation in Chichester. My client is currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their IT team.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to the company's users, assist in the installation, configuration, management and support of all software and hardware systems. The IT Support Engineer must have 1-3 years' experience in a similar role. This is a hands-on role, but every day is different and challenging so we are looking for an IT Support Engineer who is adaptable and capable of multitasking.
Working hours are 9am - 6pm but occasional visit to the London office and overseas travel based on company expenses would be required.
Essential skills for the Systems Support Analyst:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with 1st and 2nd line support
Managing and supporting hardware and software systems
Desirable skills for the Systems Support Analyst:
SQL Server skills
Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
3rd Line Support experience
This is a fast-paced environment and will require a Systems Support Analyst who can collaborate effectively with excellent communication skills at all levels. You will be provided with training.
