Senior Game Designer - Helsinki - Flexible Salary I am currently on the look-out for an enthusiastic and motivated games designer to join an exciting, fast-paced mobile gaming company based in Helsinki! This company are really focused on reinventing mobile games development in a fun new way. They are really looking for someone with a can-do attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. This role will give you the opportunity to be placed in a position with a high level of responsibility. You will lead the way in the creation of plans for the vision and development of different games. You will be heavily involved in the entire process, from the early planning stages all the way through to the global launch and how best to execute that. This will give you the chance to really put your own stamp on new mobile games that will be used worldwide and develop yourself further in the industry. As well as working closely with product teams in order to solve game-play and design related challenge, you will also have a focus on keeping up to date with the latest gaming trends and sharing your findings with these teams. What we need from you: 4+ years experience working on mobile game development and operating a live gameExperience in creating game concepts and leading their executionGenuine interest in hyper-casual gamesUnderstanding of mobile game monetizationGood knowledge of mobile UX/UICan multitask, prioritise and supervise multiple ongoing game projectsWould be beneficial if you had: Experience on designing and running LiveOpsExperience in Unity environmentExperience in creating and managing balanced game systems and economiesThis company really put a focus on creating a great company culture and fully believe they have a world-class team that could inspire you.
