My client a leading provider of security and access solutions are currently recruiting a desktop support analyst to be based in there Hampshire head office .

Objectives:

To take over the general day to day running of the IT infrastructure within the company, supporting users and leading the IT element of process/business improvement projects.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

*Maintain, support and upgrade the IT environment in partnership with 3rd party vendors/IT service providers.

*Diagnose and resolve IT system and infrastructure issues and implement IT changes.

*Provide general day to day IT support for PC/Windows users.

*Set up new computers, installing and configuring the required software.

*Take full responsibility for the IT element of any process or business improvement projects, coordinating with the head office in Italy and 3rd party vendors where appropriate.

*Play a key role in the businesses plan to move to SAP in 2020. Experience of ERP systems in general and SAP in particular would be a distinct advantage.

*Lead the company's transformation to a paperless environment.

*A working knowledge of the following would be an advantage but not essential for the role: VMware, Windows Server, Network Technology, ICP/IP, Firewalls and routing.

*Comply with the company's Health & Safety Policy at all times reporting any concerns to your manager.

*Comply at all times with company policies and procedures.

*Support the company in its maintenance of quality standards.

*Promote and protect the company's image and good reputation at all times.

*Fulfil any other duties and responsibilities, after consultation that may be determined from time to time.
