Security Engineers and DesignersSalary - £50,000 - £60,000
Location - Birmingham
As part of the security design team, you will provide deep subject matter expertise over the range of vendor products and resolve Security incidents on site with a number of the UK's leading businesses.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
You'll design state of the art security solutions across multiple environments including:Data Loss ProtectionEndpoint protectionPerimeter securityAccess ControlsCloud SecurityIdentity access managementBe responsible for designing and collaborating with cross portfolio organisations to develop, integrate, deliver, and operate.Construct repeatable design patternsProvide leadership, guidance and where appropriate solution briefingsDesigning multiple technologies to create integrated solutions.Producing design documentsProducing validation documents to support those design decisions.Required Skills:
Multivendor design exposure with one or more of the following products:Cisco ASA FirePOWERIdentity management productVulnerability tool set-up and exposure.IP Network discovery or validation (Forescout NAC, IXIA -ThreatARMOR).DLP - Symantec, Forcepoint.CASB - Skyhigh, Forcepoint, Netskope technologies.Endpoint threat detection - Carbon Black, Bitdefender, endgame.DDoS or Threat technologies such as Stealthwatch.Any certifications inc CCNP, TOGAF, SABSA or CISSP would be considered a plus.
