CRM Platform Manager - Enterprise - London - 1 year FT Contract I am currently working with a nationally renowned organisation that are looking to appoint a CRM Platform Manager. My client are looking to migrate their existing system to a new and more exciting CRM platform. This is a great opportunity to come in and grab the bull by the horns and really take ownership of a project from start to finish leaving a stamp on the organisation. This is a salaried position paying up to £75,000 with some great benefits. This includes bonus, pension, flexible working as well as many more. There is a very high probability that this role will move into a permanent role. Experience sought... Extensive experience of leading and motivating a team of technical staff.Experience of Enterprise grade solutions for CRM and IntegrationExperience of hybrid (on premises/cloud) environment with legacy and modern applications.Experience of different development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).Exposure to DevOps and DataOps tools and processes (CI/CD, Automated Testing, Automated Provisioning) and an understanding of their application to data platforms engineering.Experience of transforming enterprise platforms from monolith to cloud/SAAS approach.Relevant leadership or development experience in some of the following domainsCRM (e.g. Siebel, Dynamics 365, Sugar CRM, Salesforce)Integration (e.g. Tibco, Informatica, Mulesoft, Jitterbit)ETL (e.g. Informatica, SnapLogic)An understanding of application, solution and enterprise architecture.
