We are looking for a Senior Developer with hands on demonstrable experience and an understanding of Middleware, Angular. WebAPI, DevOps & Cloud based technologies in particular.

THE BASICS:

This is an exciting new opportunity to work with our clients software development team scoping out new potential developments and redevelopments of current legacy applications as they ambitiously move towards a digital transformation of all areas of the business. This job opportunity will suit a capable and structured Senior Software Developer who understands web and mobile applications using Microsoft technologies.

THE SPECIFICS:

Software Developers with experience with C# 6.0+ & ASP.Net 4.0+ and Xamarin (iOS, Android & Windows), Xamarin forms, coupled with MVC 5+, Javascript frameworks (such as jQuery, AngularJS, Angular) and CSS & SASS should apply TODAY.

If you have solid exposure to SQL Server 2008+, NPM, ASP.net Core with knowledge of software interfacing processes, including webservices and APIs then you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.

Developers with an understanding of the complete software development lifecycle : and agile methodology, source control, automated build/test systems; cloud based continuous integration / delivery (CICD) and patterns & practices (i.e. Design Patterns, Micro services, Event Driven Design & TDD/BDD) will be of interest to our client.

THE ADDITIONAL STUFF:

This job opportunity will require some knowledge of Web Hook, Cloud Architecture / DevOps, Containerisation, SSIS & WebAPI.

Any experience of developing high quality software solutions and of testing and de-bugging solutions will hold you in good stead.

Proven ability to produce high quality technical and end-user documentation and of working effectively with non-technical end users to deliver effective business solutions is vital.

In terms of other skills and abilities, we are looking for excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly, accurately and convincingly through speech and/or in writing, matched by a desire and willingness to address the needs of internal and external customers.
