My client a globally recognised organisation who have been around for more than 100 years are currently looking for a Telephony Support Analyst based in Bristol. My client is looking for someone who can work along side a team and to support all contact centres in delivering their forecasted telephone performance by management of the user configurable functions on the CISCO UCCE Telephony platform and its associated databases.
You will be Responsible for analysing the requirements of internal and external customers, devising appropriate, effective and innovative call scripting solutions using the appropriate operating system.
The successful candidate will have-
*Great knowledge of Cisco Systems.
*Experience supporting telephone systems.
*Great customer service skills.
Desirable-
*Understanding of Cisco UCCE.
*Knowledge of SQL.
*Ability to build relationships
*Ability to plan and self-manage
*Organisational skills - planning and scheduling deadlines
*Ability to gather, analyse and present data
*Be results orientated - deliver outcomes
