DUTIES:

Coordinate daily activities between the CSU and NATO HQ stakeholders for ICT-related

matters;

* Coordinate with the NATO HQ Active Network Infrastructure (ANWI) programme, for

the completions of the projects delivery as part of the Infrastructure to host and support all the

business and applications;

* Occasionally coordinate with other contractors of the NATO HQ Projects (e.g. AudioVisual Infrastructure or AVI, Electronic Security Services or ESS, Building Management System or

BMS);

* Support the coordination of ICT architectures, designs and other NATO HQ-related

documentation (e.g. Change Request), including the review and approval processes, by ensuring that

all stakeholders are involved;

* Comment on ICT architectures and designs and make suggestions for improvement;

* Maintain the ICT technical drawings up-to-date, including space allocation and inventory

of systems as planned in the new building;

* Maintain the list of ICT services up to date;

* Consolidate all NATO HQ designs released to CSU Brussels on the collaborative

environment and provide and maintain traceability of access;

* Keep track of follow on actions and ensure they are executed within the agreed time;

* Organize, coordinate and provide record of meetings, ICT technical discussions and

presentations;

* Keeps track of the capacity related requirements as agreed with the Business;

* Monitors the use of the resources' capacity as managed by CSU Brussels;

* Ensures that capacity-related incidents and problems are addressed in timely matter;

REQUIREMENTS:

A higher level technical education in a relevant Information and Communication

Technology (ICT) discipline, complemented with trainings or equivalent through extensive

professional experience;

* At least 5 years recent experience with ICT project coordination and IT management

support activities;

* Knowledge of telecommunication network diagrams, server rooms and data centres layout

out;

* Expertise in functional and non-functional requirements and to provide support to the

analysis and review processes;

* Experience in organizing and coordinating of activities in complex ICT environments with

multiple actors

* Good understanding of an international diplomatic environment;

* Knowledge of LAN, ICT services and their protection mechanisms;

* Knowledge of the Unified Modelling Language (UML) and related Enterprise Architecture

(EA) tools (e.g. ARIS, Sparx Systems, or others);

* Knowledge of test requirements and processes for IT equipment;

* Knowledge of international standards such as TIA-942 or similar;

* Have worked with IT organizations that actually manage modern ICT and classified

environments

Desired: Certification in ITIL and PRINCE2;
