Azure Data Warehouse Consultant A rapidly-expanding firm based in the West Midlands is seeking a skilled Data Warehouse Developer/Consultant to join their team and be the go-to for Data Engineering and Data Warehousing on client projects.You'll be working on projects from end-to-end, responsible for the Architectural Design of Data Warehouse/Data Analytics solutions based upon MS Azure PaaS (Data Lake, Data Lake Analytics, Data Factory v2, Azure SQL DB).You'll be working a mixture of in office, on client site and at home, with your office based in the Midlands and client sites evenly spread around the UK. Flexibility to travel is a must and you'll often spend about 50/50 of your time in office/home vs on site.Key Experience/Skills include:- Experience in SQL Data Warehouse Design (Star/Snowflake Schema, Dimensional Modeling)- Experience in SQL Server Data Warehouse Development- Experience in MS Azure PaaS (Data Factory, Data Lake, Data Lake Analytics, Machine Learning) is highly Desirable, but not essential. Training would be provided in these technologies.- Experience in MDM Solution Design/Implementation would be a bonus, but not essential at this stage This is a Permanent role, offering a starting salary of around £50-60,000 plus travel expenses and benefits. The company will also provide you with training in MS Azure PaaS technologies.
