Office Based, Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Oldbury Are you a Sales Manager with a track record dealing with sales people and want to work for an innovative rapidly growing company who will invest in your management experience, offer career progression and a great bonus structure? This role will suit a Sales Manager who has experience running a sales team looking to join a rapidly growing company. This role:

· Managing a team of 7 Account Managers, 2 In-bound sales and 2 out-bound sales people.

· Implementing and developing sales strategies and training

· Motivate and Develop the team's skill

· Fantastic training and progression into senior management

The Person:

· Previous Sales experience
