This is a chance to work with an established and growing turn-key chip design and development company offering diverse and challenging design work with the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced Analog and RF IC Design Engineers within a close-knit team. An opportunity for an RF/MMIC Design Engineer to be involved in the detailed design and simulation of high accuracy mmWave/RF/Analog IC blocks including LNAs, PAs, Mixers/Modulators, amplifiers, filters, synthesizers as well as the higher-level integration of these blocks. In this role you will have the chance to be fully involved in the circuit design flow from definition and specification to production or IP delivery. Industry degree qualified the successful RF/MMIC Design Engineer will have a minimum of 3 years experience in RF and/or mmWave IC schematic design in silicon technologies i.e. CMOS, SiGe, SOI. Experience is required in some or all of the following; Receivers; LNAs, mixers, Transmitters, PAs, modulators, synthesizer building blocks and oscillators, switches, combiners & splitters, phase-shifters, filters and amplifiers.Experience in ASIC/SoC wireless products for Bluetooth/Zigbee/WiFi/WiMax, GSM/3G/LTE/5G, SatComs, GPS, Radar applications, NFC are ideal as well as current knowledge in RF & mmWave IC design techniques and methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required along with an adaptable approach, creative problem-solving skills and strong organisation skills.
