Mechanical Design Engineer (Conveyors)Nottingham, Nottinghamshire £42,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Pension + 33 Days Holiday + Excellent Benefits Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in the design of conveyor systems looking to join an industry leading company and innovative company who supply a number of international blue chip clients?On offer is an autonomous and diverse role where you will lead a range of innovative and high value design projects. This is the chance to work for a leading organisation as an expert in the industry. Working with a massive range of blue-chip clients, the company specialise in the manufacture and design of automated equipment and are well known for their high standards of service and product. This is an exciting opportunity for a Design Engineer to lead a highly skilled team.The ideal candidate ideally from a background in the design of conveyor systems, materials handling projects or automation equipment. The Role:

- Lead design and development capability of new automation, conveyor systems and materials handling projects as well as liaising with customers, suppliers and sub-contractors

- Leads design discussions and design reviews

- Failure analysis including root cause analysisThe Person:- Conveyor Design experience

- You will ideally have experience in 3D design using SolidWorks - Other CAD packages will be considered
