Salesforce Administrator - Banking, nCinoSalesforce Admin / nCino / CRM Sales Administration / Banking PlatformMy client is at the start of an exciting journey to design and build a regionally focused bank, aimed at bringing a personalised banking service to SME's outside of the London centric market. They have been established since 2017 and are well backed by successful and experienced British entrepreneurs with significant industry expertise.The company are looking to scale their Manchester technology team substantially over the next 12-18 months and this role will play a key part in ensuring a technology solution fit for purpose.You will be responsible for administrating a new Salesforce and NCino implementation, and then leading the system administration as the user base grows. You will ensure best practice is followed in line with strict governance and procedural standardsAbout the role:As the Salesforce / nCino Administrator, you will be trained in NCino and receive knowledge transfer by working directly with the Ncino delivery team. Responsibilities

•Manage the user base, licences, profiles and user information.•Administration and support of nCino and Salesforce•Providing super/power users with technical support•Logging and managing identified problems through to resolution•System deployments into Production•Supporting the Salesforce integration with other applications•Administrating the Salesforce implementation to support the userbase

About you:

•Prior experience of the administration of Salesforce CRM.•Certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201)•Excellent data management experience•Experienced working on a CRM with multiple complex integrations•Creation of reports and dashboards•Maintained and improved Salesforce ecosystems in a regulated environment
