Temporary contract until 31 December 2020 We are seeking an experienced Business Change Analyst to join our Apprenticeships Programme team working on the University's capability alongside launch of new products in the emerging Apprenticeships market. Working across the University the role holder will be required to investigate, facilitate, document and drive the changes required to scale up Apprenticeships delivery, whilst also resolving issues to improve the services to both Employers and their Apprentices. Central to this role will be the ability to work closely with university colleagues in a multi-skilled programme team. The successful applicant will evidence past roles with proven leadership capability and delivery of change in complex projects and gained a Degree or professional equivalent, ideally in a business management subject. This role is advertised by the Business Performance Improvement Team, part of the Chief Information Officer Portfolio. There has never been a better time to join us. These roles will directly contribute to priority strategic work, leading by example, modelling good change practice whilst delivering to plan on the Apprenticeships Programme.
