Business Analyst / Customer Data / Marketing / Campaign Management / Digital / Luton / 3-6 months + contract

My client is currently recruiting for a confident Business Analyst to work in their Luton based office for an initial 3 month contract (with a strong possibility of extension). You will be responsible for a host of business analysis activities in relation to the delivery of a marketing and analytics platform; automated marketing, campaigns, analytics, reporting and big data.

The role:

*Organising and running workshops/stakeholder interviews to elicit business requirements.

*Key involvement in backlog management, sprint planning and daily stand ups.

*Delivering appropriate project artefacts/documentation, such as Business Requirements, Functional Specification Document, Technical Design, Implementation Roadmap, Testing Plan,

*Project Plan, RAID log etc.

*Producing high quality PowerPoint presentations to report progress and findings to key stakeholders.

*Working closely with the Programme Manager, Project Manager, Technical and Business Leads to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Skills and experience:

*Strong technical understanding of automated marketing (email, SMS, push, direct mail), big data and automated recommendations (e.g. where propensity models are used for next best offers displayed to a customer through digital channels)

*Experience working on a data integration project (source to target mapping, data profiling etc.)

*Experience working on a project delivering customer recommendations driven from analytical models, which are sent to the customer through outbound (e.g. email) and/or inbound (e.g.website) channels.

*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; with a natural ability to articulate ideas, problems and technical solutions in a way that non-technical people can understand.
