Desktop Support Analyst - We are actively seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join one of the UK's leading Non-For-Profit Organisation for an initial 2 months.As the Desktop Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact to provide technical support for the local network resolving any issues where appropriate and escalating more complex issues to the relevant technical support member. The Desktop Support Analyst should be able to work on your own initiative and also have an excellent telephone manner. As the Desktop Support Analyst, you will need to have solid experience with supporting Office 365 suite applications, service desk tools, and troubleshooting.Key skills for the Desktop Support Analyst:Solid experience supporting the Office 365 suite.Experience using service desk tools.A self-starter driven for results.A passion for problem solving hardware and software issues.Enthusiastic and passionateExcellent verbal communications skills are vital.
