Safety Manager - SC Cleared
Providing specialist safety advice to the MOD. The role will involve the review and upkeep of extant safety cases and management of safety risks in accordance with the MSS SEMP for the systems and equipment within the assignment.
Duties will include:
*Responsible for the technical evidence to support recommendations or decisions in respect of the design intent, necessary to maintain the Safety Case
*Technical lead for investigation into the resolution of OPDEF and S2022 Defects.
*Specialist technical advice on significant repair requirements and gather sufficient engineering data to support recommendations for maintenance concessions
*Provide / sign off specialist technical recommendations in respect of significant repair /maintenance requirements gathering sufficient engineering data to support those recommendations.
*Manage equipment inspections, technical investigations, tests and trials
