QA AnalystJava, Selenium, Rest API, SQL, Postman, Linux, Unix, Jira, AWS, Azure, BDD, Agile£40,000 - £50,000 | Permanent | Central LondonThe RoleI am currently representing a great client in the Digital Managment Solutions space and they are looking for a QA Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 70% Manual experience and 30% Automation experience. These roles will offer a great scope for progression and over time the ability to upskill in Automation.Main Responsibility's-        Working as part of an Agile multi-disciplinary team, participating in sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives, to provide a QA perspective.-        Liaising with other teams to share & suggest new test technologies and best practices.-        Creating solutions to speed up delivery whilst improving test coverage and quality.-        Testing non-functional requirements. (e.g. performance, scalability)-        Monitoring and analysing defects with live production systems.-        Validating defects raised by other team members and verifying fixes.Technical Requirements-        Proficient with Java (Preferably Core)-        Knowledge of Automation using Selenium Webdriver-        Use of testing tools such as Postman, Cucumber, Linux or Unix-        Commercial use of Back-End testing with Rest API and SQL Server.-        Experience testing both Mobile and Web based applications-        Active Communication with the Developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers.-        Knowledge of cloud technologies ideally Azure and AWS-        Exposure to the full software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodology-        Demonstrable knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery based testing-        Great written and verbal communicational skillsDesirable Requirements-        Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering based subject.-        Commercial experience with different technology sectorsJava, Selenium, Rest API, SQL, Postman, Linux, Unix, Jira, AWS, Azure, BDD, Agile
