As an Application Support Engineer you'll be joining the company's Technical Operations team who are responsible for providing exceptional support to the wider business. Your day to day duties will include; troubleshooting and debugging application and software issues, working with the engineering team to establish workflows and optimise support platforms, verifying and documenting bugs for tracking and escalation and proactively testing for potential technical issues that users may face.

Requirements:

*Previous experience within a similar role (Customer Support Engineer, User Support, Software Support)

*Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

*Ideally you have had some exposure to / understand the basics of Java

*Achieved a 2:1 or above in Computer Science or similar from a top tier university

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
