This is a great opportunity to work with a credible well established organisation who require a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join their Technology & Information Services team based in Reading.

The Senior Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the operational business relationship with one or more clients and you will be expected to support the high-level business analysis and production.

As Senior Service Delivery Manager you will work directly with internal stakeholders and customers to coordinate and identify new IT developments. There will be no direct reports but managing external resources might become part of the role in the future. The role will require regular travel between office and client location. The Senior Service Delivery Manager will need to task manage the delivery teams during full development cycle through requirements gathering, design and analysis of requirements.

Essential skills as Senior Service Delivery Manager:

Strong service management experience

Must have project management experience

Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Strong (SDLC) Software Development Lifecycle experience

Experience with Business Process Analysis

Great communication skills

Experience in mentoring and coaching peers
