We are seeing more and more companies move away from the traditional network model to one characterised by total automation.We are looking for A Lead Network Architect with exposure of software defined and Cloud networking. This is an opportunity to become an integral figure within an award-winning business, playing a key role in their approach to software defined networks and connectivity to cloud.
The Role
As a Network Architect you will work at a senior management level to define and deliver major technical projects, strategies and architectures, demonstrating an understanding of the customers' business and commercial issues and contributing key insights.
You will provide technical advice and assistance to the sales force, sales agents, reseller/distributor staff and existing or prospective customers, either in support of customer development or sales activity or in fulfilment of sales obligations
Key Skills
Exposure leading large network Transitions and Transformations from Design phase through to AiSExtensive Enterprise Networks Design at HLD and LLD level.Creating Proof of Concept Labs.Design and deployment in the following technology areas:-Cisco ACI or Cisco DNASD WAN - Viptela, MerakiCloud Platforms - Azure, AWSNetwork Virtualisation - VMWare NSXThe candidate should also be comfortable working with an Agile environment as well as more traditional Waterfall type deployments.
