**Desktop Support Analyst, Winsford (£20,000 - £25,000) X2**Package:
Salary - £19,000 - £25,000 DOE
37.5 hours between 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday
25 days holiday + BH

The Role:You will be responsible for assigned user support client devices and software tickets.Contribute to ongoing projects , roll outs and refreshesSupport the bespoke applications and process for clinical staffBuilding or QA desktops/laptops images on a deployment platformSupport and administer MDM, VoIP, VPN, and disk-encryptionWindows (AD, GP, DFS) and Exchange (O365 based)Assist with the testing of application enhancements and tech upgrades

Skills needed to apply: Good grasp of AD, O365 and Windows desktopStrong Desktop imagingStrong troubleshooting abilities on a range of technologiesGeneral networking knowledge - DHCP, DNS, IPMust be able to pass a DBS check
