Technical Dynamics AX/ ERP Support Analyst - £35-40kI am actively recruiting on behalf of a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking to add to their award winning team with an experienced technical support analyst. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company, in modern Glasgow offices and progress a career in Microsoft Dynamics AX/ CRM & 365.The role requires the successful candidate to:Support existing customers across Microsoft Dynamics AX2009, AX2012/r2/r3 and Dynamics 365Troubleshoot 2nd/ 3rd line support issues, remotely and face to faceInvolvement in technical project support working for on-going implementationsOccasional on-site support work with new and existing customersThis is a great opportunity for a candidate with 1-2 years experience supporting ERP solutions to build on their experience in a supportive, growing business who are reputable for providing best in class ERP solutions to a host of amazing customers. Having won a number of industry awards for their commitment to customer service and the Microsoft channel, you will work in a cutting edge environment, with a friendly, hard working team, and gaining expert level training in the latest Dynamics advancements.Suitable candidates will be able to offer:Experience supporting ERP systems - ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX (v2009, v2012, D365)Technical ERP/ AX knowledge - X++ preferable, but not essentialAn analytic mindset, and personable approach to customer/ user supportAcademic background in IT (Preferable, but not essential)Ready to challenge yourself with Dynamics 365?
