Application Architect - Business Intelligence - 30k - 40k AED p/m

Long Term contract

Are you looking to gain commercial exposure to an international client? An opportunity to work for one of the world's most prestigious organisations in Dubai has arisen for an Application Architect to work on a long-term contract basis.

As a Business Intelligence focused Application Architect, the successful candidate will be required to architect, design and communicate high-level structural and behavioural aspects of a system to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.

Experience:

*5+ year's experience in Information & Analytics Technologies

*Extensive experience in analytics / BI system architectures and design

*Advanced skills in design of BI solutions including ETL and Data Models

*Knowledge of data flow, transformation and modelling best practises. Exposure to TOGAF and other architectural frameworks is a plus

*Bridging the gap between Functional and Technical teams especially in an Agile development environment

*Experience in architecting and maintaining BI systems and technologies such as:

oMicroStrategy 10x Enterprise Analytics technologies and platform

oInformatica ETL Tools

oMajor vendor big data & enterprise analytics information platforms such as

?Oracle Database and Data-warehouse

?Oracle Exadata Appliance

?SAP Hana Platform

?Exposure to Big Data Analytics
