The Role:

As a Technical Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to showcase and develop your skills by providing your technical expertise in a front end environment by understanding business problems and extracting the vital information to form user stories. You will be working alongside a team whilst also being required to work alone.

Key Responsibilities:

* Comprehending business problems and deconstructing them as user stories to simplify the description of requirement.

* What are acceptance criteria? They are the specific conditions that a software product must satisfy to be accepted by a user, customer, and intended system level functionality. What will you be doing? You will be writing the acceptance criteria to make sure the product is built to satisfy the user.

* You will be responsible for conducting group workshops and managing one-to-one stakeholder interviews whilst also presenting new business value ideas to stakeholders to ensure work effort is not lost and that the company offer value for money.

* Ensuring the backlog contains the appropriate items and that they are prioritised whilst making sure the items at the top of the backlog are ready for delivery. You will be grooming the backlog with the product owner.

* Working with the development team throughout the development cycle to ensure the features are effectively implemented.

* Participating in conferences, networking events, and meetings in order to develop your knowledge on in industry developments and innovations.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Ability to work as a team and alone.

* Experience in a similar environment and role whilst also having experience working on enterprise class solutions.

* API, front end and service delivery experience.

* Experience in user story writing and BDD.

* Technically and analytically minded.

Benefits:

Starting salary of £30,000 - £37,000 depending on experience plus a comprehensive company benefits package!
