Project Manager, Business Change, Finance System process changes, based in East Midlands and easily commutable. - Immediate start

Experienced, fast paced and versatile Project Manager with full end to end project lifecycle experience required to manage the business process and system change activities on a UK ERP rollout covering a large number of UK sites and end users.

Responsibilities will include;Detailed Project Planning, stakeholder management and rapport building across various business departmentsDelivery of timely communications and information related to business and system changes taking placeUnderstanding and planning Business Readiness requirements inc end user training requirements translating into scheduling of appropriate training for each site and type of userPlanning Test phases of project, system and process changeWorking with CAB as part of the change and release process, understanding the impact and timelines of any required late scope change and configuration change from both system and business / risk perspective.Working closely with the Programme manager and development teams to define and deliver the system rollout, planning the go-live, super user and hyper care phases.

Core Project Management and Business Change is essential alongside proven stakeholder management. This is a full lifecycle Project role and will suit a PM who has a sleeves rolled up approach to getting things done.
