IT Support Manager - London
A public sector client of ours is currently looking for a Helpdesk Manager, the ideal candidate will be someone who can help manage all of the support analyst's as well as including hands-on support themselves.
You would be required to manage (Team Lead) 3 IT Support / Helpdesk analysts.
Candidates must be able to understand IT processes and help implement a proper process.
They also need experience with the MS suite - Active Directory / User Accounts, WAN / LAN.
The IT Support team are currently Looking after around 600 people.
Location - London (Near Waterloo)
Duration - 3 months
Pay - £300 per day
Inside IR35 - would be required to use an umbrella company.
