Infrastructure Project Manager (Migration)

Location: London

Duration: 6 months

Rate: £430 - £530

SC: SC cleared

Main Duties PM Lead for discovery of the customers estate (5 DC's 3000 devices 250 Applications) and migration of workloads into 2 Client DCs.Discovery Scope and Deliverables as defined in schedule 4.1, and in DIPv4Discovery of the HSL defined IBM Estate through Automated Tools and Questionnaire.Templates Discovery of the HSL defined Capgemini Estate through Automated Tools and Questionnaire Templates.Receipt and Validation of Authority, Providers (Connectivity & EUE) and Incumbent Processes, Procedures & Designs as defined in schedules i.e. 2.1Establishment and Delivery of Knowledge Management Discovery Report

Qualifications and experience Migrations Scope and Deliverables as defined in schedule 4.1, and in Migration Designs for approaches, technical and physical migrationsMigration Wave PlansMigration Circuits design, implementation and decommissioningMigration Kit, if requiredMigration Testing, including Performance and UATMigration of Capgemini and IBM hosted HSL solutions and Services client Hosting platforms, including Acceptance into Service
