Training Coordinator wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience/skills:Profound communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and projects independently Capability to collaborate with diverse global teams and support different time zones duly Working experience in close collaboration with engineers and coordinating trainings is a major advantageConfidence to remain calm under pressure with the flexibility to adjust in case of unexpected changesLanguages: fluent English both written and spokenYour tasks:Planning, coordinating and communicating training classes in numerous locations Scheduling classes and booking training rooms via calendar as well as connecting with facilitators to ensure that all classes are coveredActing as a point of contact for incoming mail requests and questions from students and facilitatorsCollaborating with program managers to integrate changes in scheduling or facilitator needsMaintaining and establish positive relationships with volunteer facilitators Preparing a quarterly newsletter showcasing opportunities to learn and the impact in EMEAStart: ASAP
