We are currently recruiting for a Technology Transformation Manager to support our CIO and technology transformation in regards to the committed delivery of IT.
In this role you will be responsible for operationalizing significant technology change over the next 2-3 years that will facilitate and lead Save the Children on the delivery of the 3-year technology roadmap for 2019-21. You will be responsible for enabling the delivery of key improvements in the IT function, and Save the Children's, future technology landscape. This will include crafting concrete strategic and structural improvements, monitoring status, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring delivery schedules are met.
This is a key role that would suit a candidate with a consulting background who can bring energy, commitment, initiative, and talent to help drive and deliver the agenda.
You will also be/bring:
A collaborative leader who elevates others and accelerates shared progress toward bold outcomes
Prior experience operating as a ‘trusted advisor' to a senior leadership team with exceptional business partnering and stakeholder influencing skills
Excellent relationship building experience across a large, complex, matrix organisation and demonstrable experience of influencing across multiple geographies and cultures.
Advanced awareness of project management principles and practices
Deep quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
A strong collegiate approach and capable of engaging and, where appropriate, pushing back in a way that is constructive and positive.
Intellectually strong and polished, along with a high EQ, low-ego style
The ability to travel internationally for up to 20%
It is desirable if you also have prior experience of successfully working across a matrixed environment to deliver improved technology integration across a number of disparate businesses, each with their own agenda.
