Using your technical experience you will support their infrastructure and their people. Their ICT Manager will support you to deliver a range of projects that will enhance Customer Service Excellence and service efficiency.

You will have the personality and skills to resolve user issues; engaging with others to drive up ICT capability and efficiency. A quick thinker who can analyse user requirements and think to the future.

- Experience of providing 2nd line support

- Managing a Microsoft Windows Server 2008 /2012, Active Directory, DNS

- IT Networking experience

- Development and implementation of IT procedures

- Provide technical support and advice to staff on ICT functions

- Supporting Windows 10 and MS Office applications

- Providing support to PC and thin clients

- Experience of Virtualisation Technologies

- Citrix Xenserver

- Knowledge of Mobile technology

- Ability to work under pressure to achieve strict deadlines

- Good IT fault diagnosis and rectification

- A passion for excellence

- Strong Project Management Skills.
