Software Implementation Consultant - Central Belt My client a market leading organisation require a Software Implementation Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. Working in a both a pre-sales and post-sales capacit (50/50 split) they are looking for a customer focussed Software Implementation Consultant who can solve customer problems. Based in Aberdeen or in Scotland's central belt, the Software Consultant will be responsible for providing technical and project consultancy services to potential and existing clients. Responsibilities include:

'€¢Engaging with the customer to understand their business, timelines, challenges & workflows'€¢Engage with the customer to understand their service requirements and communicate these to the business'€¢Engage with the customer in a business consultancy capacity on the implementation/use of software solutions to support the commercial Sales process'€¢Engage in the development and production of Work Estimates and Specifications in response to complex requirements'€¢Deliver customer training 

You will have previously worked in a Software Implementation role and have 3+ years experience working with customers to deliver software solutions.
