Operating across 20 different European countries, you will be working on some of the biggest Government and Finance projects around.The successful candidate will be expected to provide a high level of software development skills, while also demonstrating the capability to lead the technical team. This will involve taking ownership for all technical aspects of project delivery and mentoring less experienced members of the team.The Lead Developer must have strong communication skills in order to work with the team and ensure that there is a clear, shared understanding of the end functionality required.Essential Skills

- Demonstrable experience of operating as Lead or Principle Software Engineer on large / complex projects
