The Role of Business Development Manager / Sales Lead:This is a great opportunity for a Business Development professional looking to take the next step in their career into a management role; managing and shaping a growing team of two and setting the sales strategy alongside the Managing Director.

The Successful Candidate:A strong background in Sales and New Business DevelopmentAbility to communicate with Stakeholders clearlyExperience in 'pro-active' Account Management.Experience of selling servicesExperience in the Project, IT or Service industryPrevious management capability is desirable, but not essential
