What you will do

Reporting into the Head of Security, our IAM Lead will have responsibility for providing technical advice and on-going support on Identity and Access Infrastructure. The successful candidate will work with Subject Matter Experts in other areas of the business to ensure on-boarding to our new

AD Structure is completed to maximum customer satisfaction by providing, jargon free advice and advanced technology capabilities to help our internal customers and proactively manage their technology risks and use their data to its full potential.

How you will do itAct as a Subject Matter Expert on IAMAssist internal customers in the review of IAM processes and controlsWork with the wider team to deliver IAM transformation projectsThis role will have the responsibility for guiding, advising and onboarding IAM solutions.You will be responsible for working with business, operations, testing as well as the otherBAU support teams to ensure successful delivery of the IAM projects.Establish strong engineering best practices.Design, implement, deploy code and execute build processesIntegrations with different type of applications both in-house and cloud based.

Skills you will use:Strong technical competency and experience in the IAM domainExperience of implementing and configuring IAM solutionsExperience of working directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong inter-personnel, analytical & communication skillsStrong experience in IT Security/IAM and thereby able to demonstrate a high level oftechnical ability in implementation and design of the IAM solutionsExperience with LDAP and ADExperience with Unix Systems (Linux)Experience in Excel (Intermediate Level)Coding or scripting experience desirable
