Are you a Site Manager from an Architectural, Structural Steelwork or trade based background looking for a long term contract role where you will work on a high profile Blue-chip restoration project in central London?The company are a major contractor and project manager who specialise in some exciting industry fields and challenging sectors.The ideal candidate should either come from an Architectural, structural steelwork or trade based background and has prior project engineering experience.You will also be responsible for Organising site inductions, all site supervision and workforce in your areas including quality of work, H&S, bridging the gap between the site personnel and managing sub-contract packages of work.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager who comes from a construction background looking to enjoy a long term contract on a high-profile restoration project on one of the most prestigious and well known buildings in the world.You will need to undergo a security clearance for this role which can take up to 6 weeks to come through.The Role:Ensure all RAMS & Procedures are followedWorking on a prestigious, listed government buildingManaging all sub-contract packages of workThe Person:Site ManagerWilling to work days or nights or as the job dictatesUK resident for previous 5 yearsMichael Morris - Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd - RTR80286
