Digital Programme Manager - we are looking to recruit a Digital Programme Manager to join a forward thinking, innovative and dynamic global Reinsurance organisation, based in the City of London and whom on currently undergoing a global digital transformation.

You will join a newly established Digital team within their Business Technology division who are responsible for spearheading the digitization of their key business activities.

As a Digital Programme Manager, you'll have responsibility for integrating and prioritising individual product development plans to create an overall roadmap for digital initiatives. In this role, you will also work closely with the Product Manager's and Architects of the individual Agile Development teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

ExperienceSenior programme / project management / scrum master experience in IT in an agile development environment (5+ years minimum).Financial services industry experience incl. knowledge of compliance & regulatory requirements.Demonstrable experience with international collaboration, sourcing and vendor management.Demonstrable experience of key stakeholder engagement and evidence of providing guidance to the business and IT throughout the process.Strong understanding and desirable background of IT and digital product development process, ranging from non-functional requirements, security / compliance and idea inception through to development and execution of strategic changes.

Skills:Agile project management skills.Ability to set priorities with an appropriate sense of urgency; applying energy and resources to achieve result and add value.Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills to manage a portfolio of IT development projects in a complex, multi-location environmentAbility to present complex situations to peers and stakeholders in a clear and precise way.Good command of English language.

Qualifications:Tertiary qualifications or certifications in IT (preferred)Programme and project management certifications is highly desirable, if not relevant experience.
