IT Support Analyst - Customer focused - Leeds - £18,000 + Bonus + 26 days holidays (35 hour week)

A leading UK Financial Services organisation with Head Office based in Leeds.
Role
We seek customer focused IT support staff to provide a first class service to their clients. The ideal candidate will have operated in a 1st Line Support role or a have a preliminary understanding of IT in a service led environment.
The primary focus of these roles is providing excellent service to customers, candidate that hold an appreciation of IT would be able to build their knowledge with time.
The roles give long term opportunities for progression into 2nd Line Support, development, Business Analysis or project management.
Key skills and experience
* Prior experience working in a 1st Line Support role would be preferred
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work at all level
