You will be providing generalist support to all aspects of their hosted IT service, software and hardware, liaising with other Hampshire County Council IT teams where appropriate. You will be the first line of support to your school colleagues, so you will need a strong customer focus and the ability to manage your time and workload effectively.

This is offered alongside a competitive benefits package, including access to Local Government Pension Scheme (employer contributions starting at 16.1%), generous annual leave entitlement, flexible working, interest free travel loans and discounts.
