£35,000-£45,000 + Progression + Pension + Training + 33 days holidayExcellent opportunity for a Safety Engineer from a manufacturing background to join a global leader offering clear progression routes, responsibility and autonomy in your role, as well as development and training opportunities.This company are at the cutting edge of the defence industry and are coming off of the back of a highly successful financial year!In this role you will prepare formal documentation such as Safety and Environmental Case Reports, Management Plans and Environmental Impact Statements. You will work to MOD standards including but not limited to POSMS, POEMS, Def Stan 00-56 and 00-051. You will be based in the Bristol site but occasional international travel to other sites in the group may be required.The ideal candidate will be a Safety and Environmental Engineer from a defence and/or automotive background. Candidates much hold a degree in an engineering or scientific discipline as well as an understanding of MOD Safety and Environmental standards.

*Currently or recently in a Safety and Environmental engineering position
