Due to continued growth my client, a successful consultancy based in Cambridge, is looking for a Consultant Mechanical Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will have:

· Degree in Engineering or Product Design· Significant experience in medical device development from concept to manufacture · Product lifecycle management experience· Experience with technical analysis and mathematical modelling· Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD (Solidworks and/or Creo preferred)· Design for high volume manufacture experience· Drug delivery device experience would be highly desired· FEA and/or CFD experience highly desired
